Dinner at the club with friends last night - prime rib (about 6 ounces), 1/2 baked potato (about 6 ounces) but I loaded it a couple of large asparagus spears (but they were soaked in butter) and a loaded salad. Also, 3 glasses of wine. Guess it's no wonder why there is a gain today.....sigh.....
