Looking back at yesterday’s numbers shows me that cycling is a great way to burn flab and enjoy time while doing it..when I first started riding again..it was to ride to moms to help her at 6am..after she passed the habit stuck..cept I no longer do the cold morning rides..
Walmart day today..list made..healthy choices..seeing the numbers..is motivation..sometimes I need alittle incentive to push me on more..
Zwift ride/workout later on the build me up workout...already hating being tied down to a program..just have to try and stick with it...it’s for my good...
Sometime this week..guess I will cut grass..it’s looking like it needs it..but it’s only April..don’t want to start to early..cause once I start ..that means 2x a week of cutting..just seems to grow that fast..
Welp...time to have breakfast..get rest of day going...things to do..
