Holding steady..... this because I am not applying myself-I am going to think long and hard about why I am no longer seriously following the program, faulsely promising myself every day, that today is the day! I had not been entering my daily foods here or exercise, but began yesterday.........I can change.....I did change...I will change: 6/22/08 marks my first serious day back on SB!!!!!!
