I am so ANGRY right now! I don't understand how you gain 5lbs in a week, when you have not done anything any different then you have been! I know that I have been lifting weights and all, but is it really logical to gain 5lbs in one week? I don't think so...but I am not going to let this get me down...I am going to use this as a motivator to get to my goal! I am starting all over...DETOX here we come! My clothes are not fitting any different, this is why I am hoping it was just a fluke...but guess we will see! I didn't want to post my weight this morning only because I can't even believe this, but I did anyways, hoping it will push me to get this one once and for all!!! IT IS ON!!!
Meals for the day: Breakfast ~ Strawberry Yogurt snack ~ grapes Lunch ~ Salad snack ~ peach Dinner ~ Salad MAIN GOAL ~ DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!! Not that I have not been drinking water, just need to drink more!!!
Well wish me luck on my start over...I am pushing myself this time and I am going to have great success...hopefully!! LOL!!!
