Well I surprised myself I actually lost weight! I mean I had snacks, ice cream, etc.. carbs were way up. Did basic Mall Walking only. Hoping the weight will drop off faster once the spring actually starts in a couple of weeks. Will be back to doing yard work.
305.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 305.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
