I have been walking religiously. Up at 6am to walk 4km before work. Reaching my 10,000 step goal
every day. Food is portioned and monitored and alcohol is out of the picture. This month is going to be a success!!!
192.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
