Good morning everyone! I am back...it has been so long I don't even know if I remember how to diet anymore! I needed to take a break and get my life back on track! After my grandfather passed I just went down hill again. I have done nothing lately and I am frustrated, but glad at the same time. I needed to take time for myself and figure things out, but I am back and more determined then ever! We also just got back from Vegas, so needless to say the past 5 have been crazy. We did go out to play softball and played a lot of games and did a lot of walking, ended up taking 3rd in the tourney so I did get some exercise, but not like I needed. I have started the eating part of the diet and will start working out again. Still playing volleyball 3 nights a week, in fact have a double header tonight, so that will be good for me. We started softball last weekend and it will be full force by next week so that will be a lot of exercise for me too! Well hope everyone is doing well....wish me luck on my start back!

Hey gf - welcome back!!!! You were missed!! I'm glad things are starting to look up for you again. It sounds like your evenings are filled w/some type of exercise so I wouldn't get to frustrated about getting back to the gym. Just take that one day @ a time. I wish you the best of luck - I know you will you will do it with your determination!!

Welcome back. Just got back myself from San Francisco. Was there for 7 days, had a blast, visited with my daughter who is due on my birthday the end of April, she was awesome, walked a lot, ate whatever I wanted and still lost 1 lb. Whoo-Hoo!!) Can't quite believe it, but the scale doesn't lie. Glad to hear all is well with you and that you are working to get back on track. I am too. Here's to losing more lbs.

Welcome back--at least you're still 2/3 of the way to your goal! Keep the activity up and make sure you're getting enough Cals--409 is NOT ENOUGH!
