Trying to keep motivated I know That I will be tired some days and not want to workout which is my biggest downfall but I have to think do i really want to be like this forever. The answer is no so I need to do something. I am slowly seeing results as I Keep my diet and incorporate exercise into my life. I plan to do every challenge I have joined to the fullest. I also think i will start to post weekly pics of myself to see if I have truly done my best.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Being a stay at home mom, I like to go for walks. It gets me out and to change it up I go to my parents which is about 10 miles away from where I live and walk to spice things up. I like pilates too. I can do that while my 16mo old naps.
