I hear you I feel that I am always cleaning my house.. I just cant do it all in one day.. I work for an hour or two 5 days a week and that is it.. if it needs more tough luck!

Ceebee I clean houses/businesses, I clean 6 days a week....so my own house is a wreck!!!!
As for the calories, I have been doing this for 4 years and have been putting on weight so , I am not sure it helps much
