Down another pound after a long run of the same weight. It's slow going these days on weight loss, but that's fine. I feel like the tortoise in the children's story about the tortoise and the hare. slow and steady wins the race (although it's not really a race, so that doesn't quite work).
Things have been *very* busy at work for me over the last few weeks, which is hard. Means I'm not getting enough sleep these days. I'd hoped to be at my goal weight by a conference in a couple of weeks, but don't think I have the mental energy to make any major changes in my diet and exercise between now and then, so it's probably unlikely. I'm sure that my friends who haven't seen me in a year won't know the difference between what I weigh now and 2 pounds less, so reaching my "goal" would only be for my own edification. :)
