It's been a while since I was on Fatsecret, things got very busy for me with work and I wasn't making time to check in here. I've maintained good habits for the most part and I was down to 148 about a week ago. But, work and going to kid events has made my exercise schedule kind of tricky and I recently had a weekend trip for work where I wasn't being as careful about food as I should be. So, then I was up by a couple pounds when I got back. So, I went back to salad lunches and walking to/from work (about a mile each way) every day. Now my weight is back where I was and I am back on track. So, the weigh in looks steady, but it's actually been a bit more of an down and up and back down few weeks. I'm looking forward to riding my bike tomorrow and playing soccer on Sunday.
