I think my scale is just taunting me now. It knows what I want. GIVE ME THE 209!

I changed my weight goal to 200 instead of 160. I think doing smaller goals will be more gratifying. Need that serotonin boost to keep going!

I woke up AMPED today. Popped out of bed and flipped the light on. My poor fiancé was just trying to sip his coffee in the light of his phone. Not today! I have ENERGY!

I attribute this to the fact that I've started taking magnesium at night before bed. I really think it's helping. I'm finally sleeping through the night and it feels like really restful sleep.

I found going in smaller sections helped me stay focused and encouraged even through the days when the scale lies to me and says I went up. We know its a lie. Great going on your goal. You can and will get there.

That’s good. Magnesium is great for cutting cravings too. Smaller goals are great as well. Keep in mind the more weight you lose the more your BMR changes which means diet adjustments.

I’m wanting to invest in a good quality magnesium. Good quality sleep is so important! It’s key to living a healthier life.

There’s also NSVs, feeling better, clothes fit better, feeling of more control over your appetite, etc.

Does magnesium help with sleep? I have trouble staying asleep at night.

Storms check into the moon juice brand. Ive been using it for over a year and I believe it is high quality for magnesium. I also use their magnesium sleep or alternate magnesium citrate with ashweganda for sleep

It does help you sleep at night! Or at least it does with me. Taking magnesium before bed has a lot of benefits. I mostly take it to help with my awful night time teeth grinding. I love it when I wake up with tons of energy. Doesn't happen very often though....
