No weight-loss to record this morning. That's disappointing with how much walking I did yesterday. I think I'll get a step counter so I know exactly how I'm doing.

I ate slightly less than 1500 calories yesterday but went over on my fat g. I'll have to pay better attention to keeping things balanced.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
