Hi Merry.Mel. Thank you for the kind words. I try (!) to stick to a calorie deficit protocol and I eat about 1200 calories every day. I eat whatever I like as long as it is within my daily limit. I also walk but not for the past two weeks - got to step up my game( pun intended hahaha).
