I'd been hoping for a drop this week, but I think that was foolhardy given the number of times I've eaten out or had rice or bread with dinner. Stable is better than up, but I think I need to be more careful with food this week. Good news is that it is warming up a lot here, most of the snow has melted, and it will be much easier to motivate to get outside.
