Total of 15 pounds lost now! I'm pretty psyched about this, although I still have a long way to go. I took a "one month" photo last night and was a bit dismayed by the love handles on my belly still being quite prominant, despite me feeling much stronger and lighter.
Thanks for all your comments about how often to weigh in, that's helpful. I'm still going to get on the scale daily b/c it gives me a good overall sense of the diet, but will only post weights here once or twice a week.
Exercise is going well, I begin my 5-day-a-week workout routine today. I'll either be a superwoman or completely dead tired by Friday. ;-)
