Only in five days. I stopped eating completely sweets, bread and rice as well. Concentrated on vegetables and proteins, fat was virgin olive oil. Fruits as sweeteners. Intermittent Fasting16:8. I felt nothing but activity and the disappearance of bloating and gases completely. Green tea, anise helps greatly increase my activity. Magnesium, selenium, vitamin D weekly, regular vitamin. I want to continue until I reach the goal. Praise be to God.💪🏻
145.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel I will lose more weight after my period. This makes me hold more to the diet☺️

Hhhh.. my Arabic is not very good but I like to practice with native speakers. Yes make sense.. maybe water retention.

I still eat rice and carbs, because I am nursing they say in Asia that rice helps the milk supply, hhhh my excuse to eat it :) Are you Keto?

No, I stopped keto for a long time, about a year ago, I just reduced carb a little, carb from sources of starch, replaced by carbohydrates coming from vegetables and fruits, because it doesn't stop metabolism, and gives my body energy. This is what I have discovered during my experiments, that carb is not bad but the timing of taking the effort exerted and the type of carb affects the metabolism and release of energy😅

I agree Safa'a, I did before a low carb diet in past but it was not Keto, I learned a lot from Dr. Berg he is a holistic Dr. who specializes in Keto. I also found what works for me is balance in Carbs at a 50% intake seems a lot but I am losing weight.

That's right, just listen to our bodies. As long as we lose weight we didn't go to keto diet. I love fruit and I do not abandon it. But I know that sweets and baked goods, as well as rice cooked in traditional ways filled with hydrogenated oils, don't suit me👍🏻😍

well, u r totally right 👏....for dieting ,as always am on and off ,cant maintain it as a life style lelasaf:( I wish I can,for instance,I am on diet now for three weeks exactly.when I started I was feeling really excited and lost like 5 kgs in first two.weeks,now this week I only lost few grams:( although am sticking to same diet,which is IF And calories counting. I hope I.dont lose the spirit once again. and honestly I wasnt feeling tired at the beginning,now I started feeling tired and a bit not comfortable..

In fact, my Lifestyle, is a set of experiments and commitment to different weekly plans, I can say that I am not on a particular system, sometimes fasting sometimes the calorie deficit and sometimes carbohydrate control. Keto Diet is the best, easiest and fastest way to lose excess weight, but the problem is the stability and ability to continue.🤷🏻‍♀️😉

having doubts on.keto honestly. have tried atkins few years back and I felt it wasnt good for me.so this is why not into keto either. yet losing weight slowly is a bit disappointing, specially if am.coming.from high weight.
