DRJUSTME's Journal, 28 January 2019

I’m so relieved to see a lose. Especially since I didn’t do so well this past week. I actually had a pint of ice cream. But usually last week of the month is my hardest week in general, no matter what type of diet I’m on. But I’m going to try intermittent fasting at least a couple of times this next week. I tried at the beginning but just wasn’t able to do it. However, I’ve noticed that I go long periods of time without being hungry and I actually have to remind my self to eat sometimes, so I’m going to try the fasting again. We’ll see how it goes. I’m also going to add some small amount of exercise in as well, just to start off.
258.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, DRJUSTME! We're on a similar weight journey. I find that LCHF/keto (<20g net carbs/day, moderate protein, high fat) has eliminated chocolate and sugar cravings, frequent snacking, and hunger ... oh! and 25 pounds this first month! Welcome to the club! May you have much success!
