244 again.? I know I've always had big fluid shifts with my cycles but I'm not supposed to be having them anymore. I may just need to stay at below 10 Carbs daily for longer, I'll keep with that for 3 more days, I seem to do better with short term goals, also I may need to be tracking weekly averages not daily weights .trying to find what works for me.
