So planned inc intake yesterday. Will concentrate on waters today. Same wt this am. Low cal, low carb today. Not hard very full still, stomach hurting some.
246.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
