Monitoring heart rates well in daily workout and following food plan well. Treats?...heck yes...there must be fun in this!!!...letting myself eat dinner out once a week. Eating a couple desserts a week.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
