The scale can be a stinker as well. No matter what little blip that scale shows your doing it and getting healthier. Keep it up!

Make sure your water intake is high enough!🙋🏻No matter what the diet, you want to keep hydrated. At least 64 oz of noncaffeinated and non carbonated liquid a day, preferrably water! 🤷🏻♀️
