ok, day 4 of 7 on CSD and doing good! It is nice that it is chilly outside that makes the soup really taste good! Actually I've always liked the soup. Today is not my fav day, the only extra from soup is bananas & skim milk which is strange but says it is suppose to help stop the cravings for sweets. I cut up some bans and put them in the freezer for a treat I add a little cinnamon. Hope all is with with ALL today!
