Very small loss today FINALLY.
I really had fun yesterday in the gym it was pretty epic. I always get the jelly legs afterward!!
I'm not impressed with my weight logs as of late they seem to be yo-yo-ing all over the place. I am wondering if the fat burning leg regime I've taken up is part to blame and that I am putting on muscle and losing some dreaded fat.
I also think my body physiology is playing a small part in this, as the body always likes to be tricky! If so calorie cycling with have to be amongst the mix.
Times like these I wonder why I haven't got a major in nutrition and physiology!!
I will be experimenting for the next 3 weeks to determine which of these factors is to blame. If it's just me then I know exactly what I'll have to do. Upping the exercise even more.
