Can't believe I actually dropped this week. I have been man down with the flu, only went to gym on Monday and ate all the wrong things...

Hopefully next week will go better...
141.8 lb Lost so far: 75.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
