I went a month without doing any exercise. I'm embarrassed about myself, and ashamed.

Exercise Is Not An Option.!

What the heck was I thinking?
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
