I am starting to walk like a duck. Thank you ladies for your encouragement, i love weighing in here when i feel good....and leave it for a few days when i haven't. we have a new deal in our house, saturday night is fun night. since i can't drink or anythink i eat healthily all week, then pig out one meal a week. the guy i train with sais this is actually good for your body? go figure. though he did say ice-cream and three blocks of chocolate was extreme,,,but it was between two over a couple of dvd's.. hope you all are having positive weeks, stay well, mia x
