Well I did what started out as an experiment and ate a high carb diet for 5 days. I knew what I was doing but the LG bag of potatoes chips and that 2 plates of pasta were very bad choices. The scale has confirmed this! I already knew that I need to add carbs in slowly to my diet. As of yesterday I am back on the program!
149.3 lb Lost so far: 34.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
