just ate when I felt like it and try to eat low GI foods that will keep me full longer.
Lets wait and see if this really does anything for me. Day 2 and so far so good.
292.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 42.0 lb a week
