My weight is up a little. Probably just water since I haven't done anything high intensity to burn glycogen since my injury. I have been walking but it's not the same.

Missed your previous post. Sorry to hear about your injury, and hope you will be fully fit again soon. You look very trim and fit in the picture you posted last week! Be careful with your diet, though. If you're exercising less, that extra glycogen will turn into extra fat eventually. But you know that!
