Things are not going well, I really need to work with my will. good thing is tht yesterday I met with a new Dr and I totally love her style, she doesn´t put me to count calories and her guidelines are simple to understand, I just will have to think about new ideas for breakfast because she is eliminating carbs from my breakfast and only letting me eat 1 portion of carbs per day to help with the policystic ovaric sindrome and insulin resistance.
