I spent the weekend (rest days) pretty much doing that. I read my book, watched some Olympic Highlights & may have even had a short nap on Saturday 😊

I was feeling pretty energetic for my workout yesterday. Thankfully, it was nice & cool at the Gym. Wednesday last week, it was quite warm. I think the air had gone out due to storms Tuesday night. I was sweating, something I don't usually do when the temps are frosty, like I like them.

For some reason, after I got up this morning, my right knee was painful. I don't remember doing anything to hurt it. I finally took some Ibuprofen & that alleviated the pain. I had errands to run in town. Hubby said maybe I should stay home & rest my knee. I thought I'd be fine since it was feeling better. I had considered cutting back some Lenten Roses in the front garden but decided to put that off. They have gotten quite large. I did take some time to water plants. It was hot & they weren't waiting for sore knees.

Hubby & I are on the last season of " Black Sails" on Netflix. It made me do some research on some of the real life characters. It's funny how watching a series will have you rooting for the Pirates!

Using the airfryer to make dinner again tonight. I'm going to attempt to do both a Pork Tenderloin & Brussels Sprouts. My airfryer has an upper rack to do layered cooking. I'm trying to figure out how to layer the meal. I think I should do the pork on the bottom & the sprouts on top.

136.6 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
