Egg 🍳, yogurt with rice bran and flaxseed meal for breakfast

Shishamo (smelt)🐟 and simmered japanese kabocha pumpkin 🎃 and shishito peppers, and miso soup for lunch

Salad 🥗, sautéed beef 🥩 and veggies 🥕 🧅 🍄‍🟫 , natto with black sesame seeds, apple 🍎 and nuts 🥜 for dinner
98.1 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
