Tofu and yogurt for lunch
Salad 🥗, sautéed beef, natto and kiwi 🥝 for dinner
98.1 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
