Fibro has been through the roof 😭 Performances, Presentation assemblies, Ratty students, students and other staff giving me chocolates...all done now so back on track, for a few days anyway!
126.5 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
