Would've been a loss if I didn't scoff 500g of Carbonara last night 🙄
123.9 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

weigh in again in 2 days and watch your carbs. the loss will be there. It's likely water weight from the carbs.

Don't stress about the scale Spicehorn. I've had some chats with a nutritionist a couple of times in the last month. She told me our weight can swing by 2kg per day. I got on the scale last weekend with a high 117. Enjoyed some food, a couple of days later I was showing 120. The next day I did another weigh in and showed 118.1. Whilst I have stopped weighing, recording etc. I am doing my 16hrs of fasting. I wake to a regular full cream coffee and one sugar(inside the 16) I wait till at least 1130 before enjoying an English muffin with butter and promite. Lunch an hour and half later(we have been eating lunch as our larger main meal for quite a few yrs). Light dinner around 530 and a decafe coffee around 630-7. Then rinse and repeat. This is keeping me fluctuating between high 116's and 118's. I am also enjoying half a box of Cheezels every other day too. Snacks in moderation this way is working
