FA 31,9% 👆 - KF 19,0 👇- Muskulatur 20,9 🙌 - WA 29,7 % 👇 - BMI 23,3- BMR 1,246,0 😀 Kaloriendefizit ⛔ ! Training + Cardio ( Zumba), Laktoseprodukte am Wochenende konzummiert... Zeit Montag mit Symptome. 😀 Aber das Cardio 2 Mal wöchentlich ist genial!
