Yesterday
Breakfast:Soybeans bread + Peanut butter, Greek yogurt, Coffee jelly

Lunch: Super firm tofu

Dinner: at Market Broiler Grill (I put lots of pics)
99.4 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 10.8 lb a week
