Took my first spinning class today - oh my gosh! What a workout!! I can't believe how much I sweat! I loved that they turn the lights down so no one can see me!! :) It was great - great music - instructor was really fun and motivating - I definitely want to do that again!
Food better today - late night train wrecks lately have been a problem for me still! Joined the after 8 challenge with no eating after 8 pm and I am failing that challenge! Yikes! Not tonight! I've cut up some fruit in the fridge too - leaving my daily apple for an after dinner snack now so that I don't reach for the bad stuff.
Muscles were sore from Monday's outdoor run all week - will try it again next Monday - I'm going to stick to treadmill until soreness eases up. Only 2 1/2 weeks until 5K run!

Spinning is a great workout! Sounds like you really enjoyed it. I hope the eating late trend ends for you,I know you hate it.
