I have been very discouraged with my weight loss...i haven't been following anything for a month because i have no motivation...don't know what to do anymore. thankfully, i haven't been gaining too much...more or less, i have been maintaining; does anyone have tips?

Maybe you need to get off the "diet" and concentrate on a plan that is acceptable to you that you can stay on track and stay satisfied. I'm a firm believer that diets don't work and at only 24 there are so many years in frontof you to forever be on a diet. How are you doing as far as excercise? Exercise is good!

Re-evaluate your goals. why do you want to lose weight? what are you going to do after? how are you going to feel? what sort of reward will you get? (A new wardrobe, upgrade on your rings, and other stuff) this should motivate you. Keep your eye on the goal. Good Luck!

I dont know about motivation but im in the exactly the same position!!!
I seem to have lost all motivation although still want the end result.
I think i might give myself a time limit so i can enjoy the foods without guilt and start a fresh say next week......or week after!!!!

Stay focused on whatever diet you chose. There is no miracle pill, so you will need to work hard for what you want. Diet and exercise is the answer! You have to determine how bad you want it, and that is what will motivate you.
