Stayed the same this week. Probably down to the two nights away in Cornwall.

Will have to be extra careful for the next 5-6 days as away again at the end of next week for 7 days.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
