I was so shocked when I stepped on my boyfriends' scale to see it saying 202 [it's off, it says 192 at my house...or at least that's what it says...BOTH scales are off!].

First it said 203 [193] on his scale and I was like, okay...then I stepped on it again [I got an obsession thinking that if I keep stepping on it, it will go down] and it ended up going to 202 and I thought...well, that typically doesn't happen and scales are usually off and I weighed myself the next day and Lord behold that it said 202 [192!!] and I was soooo excited!

I haven't eaten any fast food [except i had ONE slice of Little Ceasers pizza [ten times better than what I usually do because I usually eat 8-10 slices] and 2 1/2 pieces of bread sticks, I've been working out and doing this military workout style [only a little bit at a time because well, I woke up the next day with my legs KILLING me, but it was awesome!]

I'm just happy that it's actually working and I don't want to jinx it, so I'm happy the scale went down this week!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
