Had a few meals out lately - sticking to low carbs, but eating out has meant overall weekly calories and carbs slightly higher than normal. Trying to experiment with weight maintenance. Obviously got it wrong this week!
138.7 lb Lost so far: 64.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
