First day back to work but today till Thursday doing training externally. I was hoping they would provide limp sandwiches that were easily dismissed and equally difficult to digest. But alas the food is amazing. Really proud of myself by passing the cakes and savouries and having a small (ish) cauliflower salad with beef belgogi and fresh fruit for desert. Normally I would have devoured two plates and tried everything on offer. I might dream of the butter chicken the vermicelli stir fry and other savouries tonight, but luckily that won’t reflect on the scales.
