Okay. Back into the 175 range. Yeah, that's right so I'm going to... increase my calories to 3000 for two days. That's 200 cals over maintenance. It's as counter-intuitive as anything I've ever done, but I've read quite a bit over time about doing it to ensure hormonal levels are still high. That mean 400 cals or just over 1/10 of a pound potential gain for those two days. I'll give it a spin.
I may see the weight rise for a few days from replenishment of glycogen, but it won't hurt a thing over time. I don't I'll see much rise though.

I'd add more quotes, but the dog just farted. Have to run.

With my late night eating routine I may increase my calories as well. It should be interesting to see the results from the (2) 3000 cal days.

Oh you're crazy. Poor Ginger. Having to deal with you as her human. The mere thought of eating 3,000/day gives me palpitations just thinking of it. But if anyone can pull this off, it's you.

NM, you are the only person at FS that I do not worry about your weigh in. Up or down, it's all good! All the best to you!

Remember that with that much food volume and high calorie intake, your GI tract may slow to a crawl. Buy some prunes preemptively. Don't want to see your weight shoot up 5 pounds because of THAT. Have some corn on Day 1, just for fun. :)

lol. It's nice to have... support? 3k is hard? Heck, I had 1100 at breakfast. I remember how to do it. You just have to eat enough dirty carbs. It's easy. @Deb. I'm going to remember. You're the nice one... and @Kattay. :) *Let's see. Where's that can of corn.*

Mushy always looks at ME when she farts... I guess I deserve that as I've blamed plenty of mine on her. Corn? Haha... I think it's faster to pour it directly into the toilet than try to eat it.
