Not stressing about this. Going to the gym regularly and staying in my calorie deficit. Most likely water weight.

172.6 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1542 kcal Fat: 57.05g | Prot: 69.87g | Carb: 185.47g.   Breakfast: Tea with Skimmed Milk, Tomatoes, Two Chicks Free Range Egg Whites, Egg, Biedronka Bułka Kajzerka. Lunch: Kellogg's Rice Krispies (20g), Cadbury Crunchie (26.1g), Tesco Chocolate Eclair. Dinner: Co-Op Chicken Kiev, Cauliflower , Carrots , Potatoes (Flesh without Skin, with Salt, Boiled). Snacks/Other: Aldi Racer Bar, Four Seasons Frozen Blueberries, Tesco Strawberries, Yeo Valley Natural Yogurt, Sweet Freedom Choc Shot. more...

if u going to the gym regularly it possibly fat turning to muscle. weighs twice as much
