Looks like my ride yesterday did me some good. Didn't eat much throughout the day between work and volunteering. Was pretty beat when I got home and passed out early.
294.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 44.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
