This is BULLSHIT! Worked out for an hour last night... still no change. WTF Eating only fruits and veggies for 2 days, then just water on day 3. Let's see if this works....
154.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 17.5 lb a week

I am surprised that the scale isn't going down. But sometimes if you workout and don't feed the metabolism enough fuel, it slows and you see no loss. But you could also drop 4 pounds overnight so you'll have to see. Good luck!
