I'm not sure if I should be posting progress daily, occasionally, etc. So my latest progress about whether I'm accomplishing each goal (yes or no) was just posted. I think🙂
137.0 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
