Knee's better - knuckle swelling is going down (guess I should quit dragging them) and the weight's backing off. :)
I'm not sure how much I'll be on after this afternoon. I'll track it on paper though it will be a guess. Now I have to go and get my food together for the trip so I won't be thinking 'I need to find somewhere to eat'. You know what I tend to find. :( Even taking my espresso pot so I'm not tempted to buy an iced capafrapalapamochacarmachino.
